Official:Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 970348) approved July 1, 1997, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 58 of an area bounded by Poplar street, Twelfth street, Parrish street and Watts street, by revising the lines and grades of Ogden street from Watts street to Thirteenth street and by striking from the City Plan and vacating Myrtle street from Twelfth street to Watts street, all under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City of the unopened portions of the widened portions of Ogden street," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.
